Ingredients
- Graham crackers (or gluten-free alternatives)
- Chocolate pudding (store-bought or homemade)
- Marshmallow crème
- Whipped cream (or coconut whipped cream for dairy-free)
- Chocolate chips (semi-sweet, white chocolate, or peanut butter chips)
Instructions
- Prepare your chocolate pudding according to the package instructions or your favorite homemade recipe. Set it aside to cool slightly.
- If using homemade whipped cream, whip heavy cream with a bit of sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Start with a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of your dish. Spread a thin layer of marshmallow crème over the crackers, followed by chocolate pudding, then whipped cream. Repeat the layers until you’ve used up all your ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top layer of whipped cream. You can also drizzle melted chocolate or garnish with crushed graham crackers.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better) to allow the crackers to soften and the flavors to meld.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
For easier spreading, microwave marshmallow crème for 10-15 seconds. Chill the dessert overnight for the best flavor and texture. You can customize the recipe with peanut butter, seasonal puddings, or mini dessert cups.
