A creamy, no-bake frozen dessert that combines the rich taste of peanut butter with tangy Greek yogurt. These wholesome bars are the perfect guilt-free treat for hot days or anytime you need an easy, refreshing dessert.

- 2 cups (480g) Greek yogurt, full-fat preferred
- 1/2 cup (120g) natural peanut butter, creamy
- 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) granola
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips, optional
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread granola evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish to create the crust.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the granola crust, spreading evenly with a spatula. Tap dish gently to remove air bubbles.
- If using chocolate chips, melt them and drizzle over the top. Create swirls with a spoon for decoration.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Use parchment paper overhang to lift bars out of dish. Place on cutting board and slice into squares.
- Serve immediately or store in freezer in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
For best results, let peanut butter and honey come to room temperature before mixing. Bars can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let soften for 5 minutes at room temperature before serving for easier cutting.
