- ¼ cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups (300g) fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, ⅓ cup sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, and eggs. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the creamy filling over the cooled crust, spreading evenly with a spatula.
