- 1 cup (150 g) fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup (240 ml) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice the banana and set aside a few slices for garnish.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk, 1 cup (150 g) of strawberries, 1 banana, and 1 tablespoon (15 g) of chia seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of coconut milk or water.
- Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Use a spatula to smooth the surface.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut, granola, and chia seeds over the bowl. Arrange fresh strawberry slices and banana slices on top for a pop of color.
- Finish with a light drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Notes
For a thicker bowl, freeze the blended base for 10 minutes before adding toppings. Chill the serving bowl in the freezer for a more refreshing experience.
