- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1.5 oz coconut rum
- 0.5 oz grenadine
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Ice (crushed or cubed)
Instructions
- Juice your lime, orange, and pineapple if using fresh fruit. Measure out all the liquids ahead of time.
- Add pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut rum, grenadine, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Fill a tall glass or hurricane glass with crushed ice. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple, a cherry, or an orange wedge. Optionally, add a cocktail umbrella.
- Give the drink a gentle stir with a straw or spoon, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For the best flavor, use fresh juices and chill all ingredients beforehand. Adjust sweetness by reducing grenadine or adding soda water. For a mocktail, replace rum with coconut water or extra pineapple juice.
