A vibrant and refreshing party punch made with mixed berries, black tea, and a hint of mint. Perfect for any occasion, this drink is easy to make and sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1/2 cup honey or sugar
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups chilled club soda
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice
  • 2 kiwi slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 6 cups of water in a large pot. Add 4 black tea bags and let them steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in 1/2 cup of honey or sugar until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  2. Wash 1 cup each of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries. Reserve a handful for garnish and lightly mash the rest to release their juices.
  3. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cooled tea, mashed berries, and 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
  4. Add plenty of ice to the punch bowl, followed by the reserved whole berries and a handful of fresh mint leaves.
  5. Just before serving, top off the punch with 2 cups of chilled club soda for a sparkling touch.

Notes

Chill all ingredients in advance for a colder punch. Customize sweetness to taste and try freezing berries in ice cubes for a decorative touch.
