- 4 fresh peaches, ripe but firm
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and dry the peaches. Slice them in half and remove the pits.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, melted butter, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Arrange peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish. Brush each half generously with the honey glaze.
- Roast the peaches for 20-25 minutes, basting with more honey glaze if needed.
- Drizzle the roasted peaches with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best texture. Baste the peaches halfway through roasting to keep them moist and flavorful.
