- Creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) coconut oil (optional)
- Sprinkles or toppings (e.g., crushed peanuts, flaky sea salt, holiday sprinkles)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Take one mini pretzel, spread about 1 teaspoon (5g) of peanut butter onto it, and top with another pretzel to create a sandwich. Repeat until all pretzels are used.
- Place 1 cup (175g) of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted. If desired, stir in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of coconut oil for a smoother texture.
- Using a fork, dip each peanut butter pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating halfway or completely, depending on your preference. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed peanuts, flaky sea salt, or colored sprinkles on top for extra flair.
- Pop the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Don’t overfill the pretzels with peanut butter to prevent sliding during dipping. Chill the pretzel sandwiches before dipping if your kitchen is warm. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
