Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove any loose or damaged outer leaves from the cabbage. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds (steaks) and arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Use a brush or spoon to spread the garlic mixture evenly over both sides of each cabbage steak. Add any optional seasonings if desired.
