  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or ham (optional)

  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each bagel in half and carefully hollow out the centers using a knife and spoon. Save the crumbs for breadcrumbs or discard.
