- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or ham (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each bagel in half and carefully hollow out the centers using a knife and spoon. Save the crumbs for breadcrumbs or discard.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and shredded cheese. Add diced vegetables, cooked bacon or ham, and seasonings to taste.
- Spoon the quiche mixture into the hollowed-out bagel halves. Avoid overfilling to prevent spills.
- Place the stuffed bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden.
- Let the bagels cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
