Are the ingredients easy to find?

Absolutely! All the recipes use simple ingredients you can grab at pretty much any grocery store. No specialty shopping needed!

What if I have food allergies?

No problem. Most of the recipes include suggestions for making them dairy-free, gluten-free, or nut-free. I’ve also included ideas for swapping out the protein, so whether you’re a meat-eater or plant-based, you’ll find something that works.

How many servings do the recipes make?

Most recipes are designed for 4 servings. There are a few breakfast, lunch, and drink options that are single servings, but the majority will cover a family meal.
