Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso: Make 1-2 shots of espresso (about 2 ounces or 60 ml) and let it cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the milk: Froth 3/4 cup (180 ml) of milk until creamy. Use barista blend non-dairy milk if preferred.
  3. Layer the caramel sauce: Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) of caramel sauce into the bottom of your glass and swirl it around.
  4. Add ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving space for the espresso and milk.
  5. Pour the espresso: Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the ice and caramel sauce.
  6. Add the milk: Gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso to create a creamy layer.
  7. Top with whipped cream: Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.
