Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups (200g) granola
- 4 tablespoons (60g) melted butter
- 2 cups (450g) Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
- 2 medium-sized apples, diced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups (200g) of granola with 4 tablespoons (60g) of melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your lined 8×8 pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool completely before adding the yogurt layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups (450g) of Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons (30ml) of honey. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled granola crust.
- Dice 2 medium-sized apples into small chunks. Arrange them evenly over the yogurt layer.
- Warm 1/4 cup (60ml) of caramel sauce in the microwave or saucepan until smooth. Drizzle generously over the apples.
- Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the bars into squares. These are best enjoyed cold.
Notes
For best results, firmly pack the granola crust, let it cool completely before adding the yogurt layer, and chill the bars thoroughly before slicing. Strain Greek yogurt if it has excess liquid for a thicker consistency.
