- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1 cup (226g) cold, cubed butter
- 16 ounces (450g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (113g) cold butter
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1 cup cold, cubed butter. Mix until crumbly, then press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat 16 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup granulated sugar until smooth. Add 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Pour over the cooled crust.
- Peel and dice 3 medium Granny Smith apples. Toss with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Combine 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup cold butter. Mix until crumbly, then sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set and the topping is golden brown. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle generously with caramel sauce. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Use cold butter for the crust and streusel topping to achieve a crumbly texture. Let the bars cool completely before cutting for clean slices. Warm caramel sauce slightly if it’s too thick for drizzling.
