- 1 tsp onion powder

- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch each. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In one bowl, mix the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then the egg wash, and finally the breadcrumbs. Press gently to ensure the coating adheres.
- If frying, heat about 2 inches of oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C). If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- For frying, cook the chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. For baking, arrange the bites on the prepared sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked chicken bites in warmed Buffalo sauce until well coated.
