Description
A creamy, fruity, and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of graham cracker crust, cream cheese filling, and blueberry topping. Perfect for any occasion, from summer picnics to holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (115g) melted butter
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 3 cups (720ml) whipped topping, divided
- 1 can (21 ounces or 595g) blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Spread the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping over the blueberry layer. For a decorative touch, you can pipe it on using a pastry bag.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, chill the dessert overnight to allow the layers to set fully. Use a sharp knife to cut clean slices, wiping the blade between cuts.
