  • 1/2 cup (115g) melted butter
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 3 cups (720ml) whipped topping, divided
  • 1 can (21 ounces or 595g) blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  4. Spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping over the blueberry layer. For a decorative touch, you can pipe it on using a pastry bag.
  6. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, chill the dessert overnight to allow the layers to set fully. Use a sharp knife to cut clean slices, wiping the blade between cuts.
