Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form an even layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  3. Blend the filling: In a food processor, blend avocados, key lime juice, key lime zest, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth and creamy.
